Sign up at mediora.io with your email address. We'll send you a verification code to confirm your identity, no password needed.
After signing in, go to Patients, create or select a patient, then open their profile and tap Start consultation. Mediora will request microphone access and begin transcribing in real time.
Mediora currently supports transcription in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. You can set the default consultation language in Settings > General.
Mediora runs in any modern browser, so you can use it on your phone, tablet, or computer.
